The Life Changing Foundation (LCF) is a non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental organization committed to improving the lives of underprivileged and marginalized communities across Sindh, with a strong and sustained focus on Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Children with Disabilities (CWDs).
A society where every individual is empowered, lives with dignity, and has equal opportunities to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their community.

The first Rehabilitation Centre was established in Gambat, providing rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities.

Expansion continued with the establishment of the Rehabilitation Centre in Hingorja Town and the launch of the Audiological Department.
