Falak’s journey is a shining example of hope, Resilience
Falak Fatima, a 5-year-old girl from Khawaja Muhalla, Khuhra, came to the LCF Center with a major concern: she was unable to walk, either with or without support. Her medical history revealed that shortly after birth, she experienced episodes of fits which may have affected her motor development.
When she first arrived, Falak required full assistance for mobility and daily activities. The LCF Center’s dedicated physical therapy team carefully assessed her condition and created a customized rehabilitation plan focusing on strength building, balance training, and neuromuscular coordination.
With regular therapy sessions, Falak showed gradual progress. Her determination and the consistent efforts of her family and therapists played a crucial role in her improvement. After 46 intensive and focused therapy sessions, Falak achieved a major milestone — she began walking independently without any support.
Falak’s journey is a shining example of hope, resilience, and the power of early and consistent physical therapy. Her smile and confident steps now inspire everyone at the LCF Center.
